GLOSSARY

	DEFINITIÓN	IMAGE
SPANNER	a hand tool that is used to hold or twist a nut or bolt
CHISEL	A metal tool with a sharpened, beveled edge used to cut and shape wood, stone, or metal
SCREWDRIVER	a hand tool for tightening or loosening a screw
ADAPTER	A device that changes the type, or connector end, of an existing connector.
WASHERS	Steel disk with a hole in the middle, used to spread the load from a bolt, screw, or nail across a wider are of material.
PLUG	A device with male contacts intended for insertion into a receptacle to establish electrical connection between the attached flexible cord and the conductors connected to the receptacle.
CABLE	A bundle of wires covered by rubber or plastic along which an electric current can pass.
ADAPTER	A device that changes the type, or connector end, of an existing connector.
ANTENA	A wire or set of wires attached to metal rods by which radio or television signals are sent out or received.
BOLST	A threaded metal rod fastener that fits into a nut.
NUTS	A block, usually of metal, made with a threaded hole so that it can be screwed down on a bolt to hold together objects through which the bolt passes.
SCREWS	A threaded metal rod- connects things.
SAW	A sharp edged tool used for cutting.
